NPEPPSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPEPPSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPEPPSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP505, OR6C71P, and RFKP1. Each is linked with NPEPPSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPPSP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPPSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP505 grouped by NPEPPSP1-low versus NPEPPSP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPPSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPPSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
