NPEPPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPEPPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,069 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPEPPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST6GAL1, FXR1, and HK2. Each is linked with NPEPPS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPPS-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPEPPS versus ST6GAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
