NPEPPS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPEPPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,894 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPEPPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD40, MRPL10, and TMUB2. Each is linked with NPEPPS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPPS-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPEPPS versus ANKRD40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
