NPEPPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPEPPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPEPPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, KRTAP8-2P, and FTH1P27. Each is linked with NPEPPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPPS-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by NPEPPS-low versus NPEPPS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
