NPEPPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPEPPS mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPEPPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Oxaliplatin, Ispinesib Mesylate, and AZD1208. Each is linked with NPEPPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPPS-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Oxaliplatin grouped by NPEPPS-low versus NPEPPS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
