Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPEPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,112 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPEPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, CDC20, and CBX7. Each is linked with NPEPL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-NPEPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPEPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPEPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
