NPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,862 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, NUDT1, and CYP2S1. Each is linked with NPC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPC1 versus COLGALT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
