Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMC1, GIMAP6, and SPP1. Each is linked with NPC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPC1 versus RMC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
