NPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with NPC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPC1-to-partner and partner-to-NPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NPC1-low versus NPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
