Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NPAT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NPAT data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NPAT Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NPAT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where NPAT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
