Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,771 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, AASDHPPT, and CCDC15. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAT versus ATM in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
