Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,709 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, CWC15, and PSIP1. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAT versus CPSF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
