Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, MCM5, and BRD2. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAT versus CHEK1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
