Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
