Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,821 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of chromosome separation, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by NPAT-low versus NPAT-high in KIDNEY.
