Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT2, FOXI2, and SMIM36. Each is linked with NPAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAT-to-partner and partner-to-NPAT results are reported.
