NPAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,477 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTL5, ZNF843, and AKAP6. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAS3 versus RTL5 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
