NPAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,779 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, NPAS3_S639, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAS3 versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
