NPAS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,506 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPSAB1, CCL22, and HAS3. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAS3 versus TPSAB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
