NPAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,452 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, KIF23, and LSM11. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by NPAS3-low versus NPAS3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
