NPAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, ASNS, and DJ-1. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by NPAS3-low versus NPAS3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
