NPAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,009 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A2, CD300H, and H2BC1. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT45A2 grouped by NPAS3-low versus NPAS3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
