NPAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,783 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, PLXNA4, and ZNF142. Each is linked with NPAS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by NPAS3-low versus NPAS3-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
