NPAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,268 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11, PTPN1, and LAMC2. Each is linked with NPAS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPAS2 versus S100A11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
