Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2L, TXNL4A, and MRPS18C. Each is linked with NPAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS2 results are reported.
