Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,054 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of behavioral fear response, Positive regulation of fear response, and Regulation of behavioral fear response. Each is linked with NPAS2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS2 results are reported.
