Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52I2, MAGEB5, and FAM24A. Each is linked with NPAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS2-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52I2 grouped by NPAS2-low versus NPAS2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
