NPAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11L1, POU3F1, and HYKK. Each is linked with NPAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAS1-to-partner and partner-to-NPAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11L1 grouped by NPAS1-low versus NPAS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
