Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAP1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,810 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAP1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with NPAP1P3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAP1P3-to-partner and partner-to-NPAP1P3 results are reported.
