NPAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,612 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4_S107, WASL_S430, and MRPL50. Each is linked with NPAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
