NOXA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOXA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,343 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOXA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BSPRY, VPS13A, and RPRD2. Each is linked with NOXA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
