NOX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, SYNE1, and TTN. Each is linked with NOX5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX5-to-partner and partner-to-NOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by NOX5-low versus NOX5-high in CESC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
