NOX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX30, MCMBP, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with NOX5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX5-to-partner and partner-to-NOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHX30 grouped by NOX5-low versus NOX5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
