NOX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR48, OOSP4A, and TSPY4. Each is linked with NOX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX5-to-partner and partner-to-NOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR48 grouped by NOX5-low versus NOX5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
