NOX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, c-Kit, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with NOX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOX4-to-partner and partner-to-NOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Jun_pS73 grouped by NOX4-low versus NOX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
