NOVA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,390 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOVA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLVAP, PALM, and TLN1. Each is linked with NOVA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA2-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOVA2 versus PLVAP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOVA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOVA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
