Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOVA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDNRB, CD34, and RGS5. Each is linked with NOVA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA2-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOVA2 versus EDNRB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOVA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOVA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
