Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOVA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOVA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, RPS10P21, and RN7SL198P. Each is linked with NOVA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA2-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by NOVA2-low versus NOVA2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOVA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOVA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
