Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOVA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOVA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR1, ADGRA1, and TLE7. Each is linked with NOVA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOVA2-to-partner and partner-to-NOVA2 results are reported.
