NOTCH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,867 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, NID2, and NID1. Each is linked with NOTCH4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH4-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
