NOTCH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,740 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, ARFGAP3, and ARFGEF2. Each is linked with NOTCH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH1 versus HID1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
