Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,614 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRARP, AQP9, and ELAPOR1. Each is linked with NOTCH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH1 versus NRARP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
