Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, TUBGCP4, and PLCB3. Each is linked with NOTCH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by NOTCH1-low versus NOTCH1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
