Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOTCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, TIGAR, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with NOTCH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by NOTCH1-low versus NOTCH1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
