NOTCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOTCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,096 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOTCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMCHD1, ZC3H14, and SEC24B. Each is linked with NOTCH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOTCH1-to-partner and partner-to-NOTCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMCHD1 grouped by NOTCH1-low versus NOTCH1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOTCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOTCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
