NOSIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOSIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,458 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, PRR12, and PNKP. Each is linked with NOSIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSIP-to-partner and partner-to-NOSIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOSIP versus PRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOSIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOSIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
