NOSIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOSIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,866 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, IRF3, and SAE1. Each is linked with NOSIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSIP-to-partner and partner-to-NOSIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOSIP versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOSIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOSIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
