Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOSIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,883 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOSIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein sumoylation, Protein-DNA complex organization, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with NOSIP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOSIP-to-partner and partner-to-NOSIP results are reported.
