NOS2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,392 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN_T469, PRKAB1_S108, and RCSD1_S68. Each is linked with NOS2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS2P1-to-partner and partner-to-NOS2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOS2P1 versus MSN_T469 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
