NOS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOS1_S292, SORBS2, and MYH11. Each is linked with NOS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOS1-to-partner and partner-to-NOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOS1 versus NOS1_S292 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
